Well he destroyed the man at Lightheavy and has some good names on his resume. Yeah, I'd maybe give him the nudge.

But he's an American, and he fights here. He fought a couple of minor fights in the Phillipines but he's fought here in 90% of his bouts.

He's a citizen, he lives here and he trains here. End of story.
He's an American Citizen. He can put on the flag of whatever he wants....but he's technically American. Just like the Irish Micky Ward puts on his Irish colors....he's still an American.

Exactly, Donaire was a U.S Nat'l Silver gloves champ, a US Nat'l Jr. Olympics champ, Internat'l Jr. Olympics champ, and a Nat'l US tourney champ.

The best way to label Donaire is..... He's a U.S citizen of Filipino descent. Just like how De La ****** is, he's a U.S. Citizen of Mexican descent. The difference is, Donaire was born in the Philippines and De La ****** was born and bred in Los Angeles.

after two rnds, i thought twas over. donaire this guy is talent. his lazer-sharp right hand plus his blinding left hook coming off a counter with w/ power on both hands is too much to anybody imo. hats off to luis for having such a great heart. his face was bloody mess.
