The war has raged for a long time now hasn't it?
Dios, Skillz, Isis, Black Jesus, and a whole bunch of Mayweather Fans Have vehemently defended their guy without budgeing an inch. Although i do not agree with them on any level where this fight is concerned, i must say that they have stuck to their guns and, if nothing else, proven they are loyal fans!
I can respect that!
That said, So have we Hatton fans. We have argued from every viable standpoint imaginable, and yet, neither side has managed to sway the other. This fact alone means one thing. We are all, on both sides, the kind of fans that make this sport as great as it is!
I believe Hatton will win this fight-no question. I think Mayweather peaked long ago and has been on a steady decline since the Castillo fight. I could go on all day about styles and heart and skill, but in the end that has already been done to the n'th degree.
The point here is simple. I wish all the Mayweather fans good luck, but at the same time i would add something else.
Win or lose, either way, we will all still be fans when this is done. In that vein, I offer Dios the chance to rescend the bet he made with me on Banishment. Not out of fear- there are many sites a fan can be a part of-but out of a sense of decency. You see, i Might love busting Mayweathers fans balls every chance i get, but at the end of the day i realize that without them- i would have no reason to come here!
Do we really want a site where everyone agrees? Or is the real fun in the **** talking, and the verbal beatdowns we give and recieve here?
Think about that!
