    Guerrero-Litzau?

    • Featherweight titlist Robert Guerrero (21-1-1, 14 KOs) could defend his title against Jason Litzau (23-01, 19 KOs) in a match of exciting 24-year-olds. Guerrero promoter Dan Goossen and Litzau promoter Kathy Duva of Main Events have been talking and both sides are eager to put it together. But to do so, they need a television outlet. "I've spoken to Kathy, but we know you have to find a spot on television and there are not too many open spots right now," Goossen told ESPN.com. "But it's a fight the networks should like. Litzau is always in a good fight and Guerrero has a good style." Goossen said he's approached Showtime, but it is booked until May. He said he will also talk to HBO.
Floyd Mayweather's clash with Ricky Hatton will be one of the richest fights in boxing history. So why is it being contested at the 10,000-seat MGM Grand when it could sell out a 40,000-seat arena?

guerrero is in another class. he's a full step up.
whitebread litzau is going to get toasted.

this fight is along the same lines as gomez/ jccjr.
both jason and julio have finally stepped up and imo have bitten
off too much. but the learning could be good for their carrers.as it is now both are third tier and need to be motivated.

and litzau needs to have his head screwed on strait. he's already starting to get punchy. and against weak opponents. he has mucho natural abilities but needs a better trainer to make him listen and teach him boxing skills.
as it stands now he's an idiot.the dummy logic of him wanting to please all his fans with his devil may care style is and will shorten his carrer.

i'm seeing the same thing happening with gbp up and comer billy the kid dib.

theyre both clubfighters with a false sense of supiriority.
