Best food to eat on a fight night?

For the Cotto fight me & my crew had Doritos, Coronas & ordered some Chinese.

Also had a bottle of Bacardi Dark for the liquor drinkers.

The two best times I've had watching boxing w/ family and friends were the Whitaker vs. De La Hoya and Tyson vs. Lewis mega-fights, too bad both PPV bouts ended up being big-time snoozers. But it was also great because we went all out on food and drinks and alot of people showed up.

For mega-fights we grill steaks, tri-tips, ribs, on occasions oysters too. Some of us have wine, beer and hard liquor. I can't stand beer, sip wine on occasions, I like hard liquor best.

There's only two hardcore fans in my circle of friends. If it ain't a big bout we usually have burgers or pizzas w/ beer or wine.

Homemade Pizza. For the Cotto vs. Mosely fight I had a couple of friends over and my wife made four different pizzas: BBQ Chicken, Pepperoni, Cheese, and a Proscciuto and Pineapple, washed it down with some Heineken.

my family and friends like to go all out when watching a Superfight. My dad and his brothers would normally bust out the grill and make Mexican style BBQ and put the TV outside in the yard just incase any neighbors would want to come and watch but now that i dont live around my family anymore. I find myself eating wings with Tostitos Salsa and some Budweisers. What do yall eat?

hahaha, your family sounds just like mine. we use to do the same thing. now if it's a super fight i try and do the same. grill some carne asada hotdogs burgers, and plenty of beer.
