I don't know if some of you have seen McClellan fight, but the last outcome of this fight would be a KO for Pavlik. Gman had one of the best chins I've ever seen for his size. He took every punch Julian Jackson had to offer, same against Benn untill a bloodcot got to him. I see an early stoppage for McClellan after the overhand right connects, then it's a matter of finishing it as he was a great puncher with immense power and a lot of speed.

This would be a good ass fight and i see Pavlik winning by KO. McClellan drained himself too much by losing as much as 50 pounds to make weight (which is part of the reason he is paralyized today)so i don't see him being able to keep up with Pavlik. Pavlik is a throw back to the old fighters the way he trains and he is always in tip top shape. i think McClellan would get off to a great start and even rocking or staggering Pavlik but i think Pavlik would hang in there (the way he did with Taylor). with McClellan getting tired late, i see Pavlik coming on and landing those murderous right hands that would break Gerald down slowly and out by the 10th round.

McClellan by KO, Pavlik gets hit too much and against a devastating puncher like McClellan who starts in a hurry that sounds like a disaster for Pavlik, plus McClellan has the chin to take Pavlik's shots. He took flush shots off one of the hardest hitting Middleweights of all time Julian Jackson.

Pavlik would win easily. I don't think the G Man has been the same fighter since Benn sent him to a lifetime of darkness and incontinence. Pavlik Might even be able to finish the job.

LMAO! I shouldnt laugh, but i couldnt help it u sick ****.

Im shocked anyone thinks McClellan would get KO'd.
His chin was tested by 2 of the hardest hitting fighters ever in Jackson and Benn, and he barley flinched.

            Is Pavlik ****in superman now?

He was almost KTFO by Taylor, McClellan would have no trouble taking him out.
Maybe its about technique and styles, but no way Pavlik stops McClellan.

Pavlik keeps coming foward and never takes a step back. did Benn or Jackson keep coming foward and never took a step back? Gerald would get hit a lot more and probably even harder than in those fights. plus Benn fadded late. Pavlik would be on Gerald all night because he never tires. its hard to see someone taking those right hands from Pavlik flush for 12 rounds.

The fact that McClellan could back up two monster punchers like Jackson and Benn who both hit harder than Pavlik speaks volumes to me.

Like i said, Pavlik doesnt have a granite chin, and McClellan does or seemed to.
Plus McClellan i think was more versatile at his best and could box well. Pavlik coming forward the whole time isnt a great idea IMO.

thats the thing, Pavlik never takes a step back. i mean think about it, do you really think that Gerald would back up a 6'2 recking ball that throws murderous right hands that says knockout on every shot and does fade late? and prove that Jackson and Benn hit harder than Pavlik. Pavlik has one of the best knockout percentages in the sport right now. this man knocked out Taylor and Miranda within 6 months and they both had great chins.

He barely flinched after getting hit by Benn? I have vivid memories of the G Man on one knee blinking furiously as his brain shut down.

Admittedly he doesn't flinch now - more like involuntary spasms - after Benn's bombs turned him into a cabbage.

                      I'm fully erect.
