The effect of mj depends on the mood of the user. I dont know but I think it can enhance your performance. If you're a heavy smoker, THC stays in your system for at most 3 months because it is oil soluble. For athletes who burn fats on a daily basis, it may be less.

It’s not necessarily a performance enhancer (unless your are entering a competitive eating contest) but it is illegal in many countries and thus all you young boxers should stay away from it. In any case, it screws with your lung capacity, which is not a good thing when you are fighting into the late rounds.
