Ive said it before, but if that fight had a different ref it could have gone the other way. Tszyu couldnt handle being rough housed so much by such a strong young fighter.

Unfortunately, those things could happen in the Mayweather fight. Joe Cortez is the referee. He ref'd a John Ruiz fight and let his hold and hit low all night and then disqualified his opponent on a suspect low blow after Ruiz complained. Hopefully, he will do a better job in this fight and Hatton won't get away with that mess this time.

Urgh, I hate watching this fight. It makes me sad and angry. Zoo just didn't have the stamina at 36 to stand up to this constant dirty work by Hatton. I mean Hatton did what he had to to win so you have to give it to him. I just wished they'd fought two years ago at the latest. He would've had the stamina to keep him from getting in as much and making it such a dirty scrap.

What really did it was when Hatton shot that vicious low blow to Zoo. That took everything that he had left out of him. You could see that after that he faded a lot. Zoo was not the type to ham up a low blow. He was done after that.

This fight hurt Zoo's legacy as one the best fighters of the last twenty years. It was a fight he should have won pretty easy. Really he should have retired after the second Mitchell fight. He was already done by that stage. It was just lucky that Mitchell made Zoo angry and got the old Tzsyu out for one last big fight. Still, he was a great fighter and one of the best ever at Jr WW.

Tszyu was down on all cards by 1,3, and 5 points in the 11th. I think Zoo quit because everytime he threw and land Hatton Responded with more, Hatton has a high punch output and decent speed and great chin combined with his rough-house tactics makes him hard to beat. His only Knockdown was flash and he wasn't hurt at all. Early in his career 2002.

This is the KD incase you haven't seen it.

I truthfully hope that version of Hatton doesn't show up Saturday because it will be a easier fight for PBF. Hatton was so wild and open for shots in that fight that PBF will pick him off so easily coming in. Also all that rough house **** the Ref is not going to go for. Fighting on the inside is one thing but all that other **** is not going to go over well at all.
