1. the count was pretty fast
2. the ref didnt seem to count all the way and if he did, it seemed like it started early.

there would be no point lets face it. ali had him so tired he wasnt going to get up. even if his head was telling him to get up his body was saying no. there was a few times in that fight i thought he was just going to fall over the ropes if ali would haved moved. in any way ali KOed him. shocked the boxing world. forman has said it himself.
