This forum is becoming like a kindergarten. Half of the threads on the 1st page are dissing a fighter or his fans. Typically Mayweather or Hatton.

What is wrong with you people?

Why arent you just happy of two prime undefeated fighters going at it? What kind of mentality is sitting behind a keyboard talking down hard working professionals who stepped in the ring for hundreds of rounds and gave their all in the gym. Calling their opponents bums, when they would decapitate most of you (us in fact), even if smaller than us?

What kind of **** is saying "i'd do this", "i'd do that", "Floyd is a runner", "Ricky has no skills", when almost nobody on earth have dedicated their life to boxing like they did? How did Mayweather **** up his hands? by running or by hitting something? What does Ricky do with gloves on since age 5? Trying to be not skilled?

MANY HERE WATCHED LESS FIGHTS THAN THESE PEOPLE ACTUALLY FOUGHT.

Why do you have to talk all that ****? From the **** that I read, it is clear that most of those who talk **** about Hatton have seen like two of his fights. Most of those who talk **** about Mayweather maybe 3, maybe. Do you have time to waste on the internet? Go download some more fights and watch them instead of acting like 5 year olds!

My personal solution is to put people with absurd opinions on ignore:

off the top of my head I already did that for those who said Wlad's legacy was better than RJJ, and those who picked jmm to beat mayweather at 130.

Right now see a thread with ppl suggesting that Hatton is not top 10 (mind TEN, not 5) p4p, and one where some ppl dont put Mayweather in their list of the 3 best active boxers. I see these as wonderful chances to make NSB a better place.

I did it a number of times now. Go to "user CP", when you are in the control panel, go to the bottom left of the menu there is a buddy/ignore list option...

I know that you know, I know that you like intelligent debate, why do you like to stir ****? I mean i can see it's fun in the short run, but in the long run dont you think it lowers the quality of the board?

I dont think everyone should necessarily be like cple or yogi, I certainly indulge in the occasional escalation of insults myself, but I think posters who know and truely love boxing should encourage learning about it, and think about it logically, instead of talking ****. Think about it, mate!

You're right. It does lower the quality of the board.....but I still do like to stir ****. Maybe it's an addiction of mine or a guilty pleasure. I don't know. Just something i like to do on occasion.

Plus, wmute, I dont really see any quality threads and quality members to talk to on here. Only a handful of guys i can have a decent conversation with. The sad truth is that 95% of them are teenagers who really dont know anything and are learning the sport but are opinionated and stubborn at the same time.
