    Rumour: Calzaghe/Woods in March

With Hopkins wanting to fight in Summer 2008, whilst Calzaghe wants a fight much earlier and the issues of money splits as well. According to a report in the Daily Mail, the fight is close to being finalised for March for the IBF Light Heavyweight title. Calzaghe will win and dominate Woods quite easily.

This would be any easy at all, I think woods is very very underrated in England because he doesnt have the Frank warren PR team...But i hope the fight happens JC by UD

Wouldn't be a great fight but it might be closer than some people think.

woods is an average fighter in a weak division. Calzaghe should fight Pavlik or Dawson.

Woods ain't no chump but Calzaghe wins this, it will be good for Joe to settle himself in a fight there and have something to offer to offer when going against the champions, I can't lie though I was hoping that Antonio Tarver would be his pick, maybe him or Dawson but thats asking TOO much especially when Woods is a champion in his own right.. I support this fight, it would allow Joe a good chance like I said a little above to get used to Light Heavyweight, he will also have a belt to add more of a kick to Head-Hop to get out of his "my **** don't stink" attitude he's been having for like? ever, 50-50 is fair, even Jones said at one point he would settle but Head-Hop wants more, the guy is shameful.. 100

This is a good fight for Calzaghe to test the waters at 175 pounds and he can bring a belt to the table if he ever faces Hopkins. Calzaghe should be able to win this one by a UD but there are much better fights out there for him.

Winky??? Are you kidding? I loved Winky against Mosley, Tito, etc., but he can't hang with the big boys.

This fight is ok, keep Joe busy and make Hopkins a unification. Maybe Joe's last three fights will unify the entire LHW division.
