That's funny, I was thinking the excact same thing just yesterday...
I don't know what went through his head at the time, but it's not hard to imagine that he stayed down because of embarrasment.

I don't think he faked it, he has a glass chin once he started really getting hit w/ flush shots. Glenn was a beast that night.

c'mon bro and you said my Organov comparison was ******? lolz(don't get defensive I'm just kidding).. but on the real for that same reason of him holding his head up to not hit the floor is WHY he hit the floor so hard, not only did he have the impact of the fall but with his neck arched up like that the whiplash from the fall caused him to **** his head even harder, he was clearly ****ed over and it wasn't so much due to the punch even though the punch was right on the button and Roy has shown a tendency to fall against a 1 flush power shot (which is why I pick Tito BTW ESPECIALLY now), the punch plus the fall on top of the added impact caused an instant concussion, I think at that point Roy accepted defeat, probably the dude who made him stop killing guys due to being put on a wheel chair ran threw his mind and he just stood there until someone came and told him it was aight to move, maybe it was to prevent further strain and injury from an injury that happened like THAT and he ain't know what was going on..

I think Roy is smart enough to know that in a situation where your whole head probably numbs up and you can't either feel your neck or feel a strong pain runs through your whole neck and head area that it's best to just stay down and put aside pride and consider his life.. definitely wasn't fake though thats for sure. 100

I think its crazy to say that he faked it. That was a big shot that Johnson caught him with. I just think that he stood down for an extended period of time because he was quite embarrased.
