My point is that he was the REAL champ...
and i wouldn't say he got lucky, lucky is a puncher's chance, lucky is not shutting out a world class champ. To be the man you have to beat the man: mosely over oscar, vernon over mosely, mayorga over vernon, spinks over mayorga, judah over spinks, baldy over judah
he then went on to ko Gatti... I'm not saying he's great but give the man some kind of props for becoming the REAL world champion

he was the true champ yes. no argument there..the ring champ defended it against TWO no names and lost to the second one..

what did Zab do or how did he earn a fight with Spinks for the first fight OR the rematch..besides having DK as a promoter? <------ asnwer THIS???

when I say TRUE..hell he was just beating by Baldo when Floyd fought him, not a true threat at welter,,hasnt REALLY done crap at welter or against any welters..except the rematch against Spinks..
