Single-Year PPV sales is a pretty straight forward record, and no DLH wont be able to break 4 Mill in a year...

unless he gets the Mayweather rematch AND the Pacquiao fight somehow.

They are talking about the SINGLE-YEAR PPV record, not the SINGLE-FIGHT PPV record.

If The fight does 1.5 million PPV buys, Mayweather does 4 MILLION PPV BUYS for the year, which would be the record
      THANK YOU K-BALL...THANK YOU

Even if DLH gets Pretty Boy again it wont happen..The numbers will be off because of the way the first fight went down..

yea thats true, but i think that Pacquiao-Dlh, after all the hype and everything, would get around 2 mill IMO

I don't think De la Hoya vs Pacquiao will great numbers because you have to think about the audience. I am not completely sure but I don't think that many houses in the Philipines(3rd world country) are hooked up to buy PPV fights. I think most people would have to watch the fight at bars and some type of close circuit place. That would take away from the PPV buys. Also I don't think that many people would really want to see that fight no matter what type of promotion it got.

              I know personally I wouldn't order that **** and I love boxing.
