    margaritos losses

to many haters point at margaritos losses and say thats the reason he is not one of the best. the fact is he had 3 losses before he even turned 18. as a teenager he was fighting grown men when most fighters his age are still fighting as amatuers with kids with headgear on.

the fact is margarito did not lose for 10 years at welterweight and that is what made him the most feared man on the planet. since turning 18 he has only lost 2 robberies to santos and williams and he has been ducked by more fighters than any other man in the history of boxing.

I think he kinda got robbed in that Williams fight but only b/c I saw it as a draw but if i had to pick a winner I guess it woulda been Williams because he started early and didn't take time to feel out his opponent he just went in there with his game plan and executed it until Margarito got comfortable and dominated the later part of the fight. That fight reminded me alot of the De La Hoya vs Trinidad fight!!!!

How can a fight be scored a draw or a win for the other person when that person loses the first 7 rounds? That means that person could only win 5 rounds so in no way shape form or fashion can that person get a draw or win the fight.

I feel to many people give credit to the fighter that comes on at the end of the fight because it is the last thing they saw and remember. The fight is 12 rounds so it must be judged on the whole body of work.
