Mythical 147lbs 16 Man Tourney (90s to Present)

I've always entertained the thought of a mythical Welterweight Tourney including most of these fighters. Some of the names I just plugged in as fillers, however all would be major players. Here is the first round bracket with all fighters in thier prime:

    Round 1:

    Floyd vs Sweetpea
    Cintron vs Tito

    Cotto vs Oscar
    P Williams vs Forrest

    Margarito vs Mayorga
    Berto vs Shane

    Judah vs James Page
    Quartey vs Daniel Santos

    Judah vs James Page
    Quartey vs Daniel Santos
Here's how I see round one going:

    Sweetpea boxes circles around Foyd.
Tito makes Cintron cry for a week.
Oscar TKOs Cotto in 10 in a fight that sees both hit the deck.
    Williams outworks Forrest.
    Margarito stops Mayorga late.
    Shane flattens Berto.
    Judah KOs Page brutally.
Daniel Santos runs from Quartey until he sneaks in a thunderous left cross and finishes Quartey in 11.

                  Round I:

Floyd vs Sweetpea: Floyd in whatever is the opposite of barnburner
Cintron vs Tito: Tito by BRUTAL KO

Cotto vs Oscar: Cotto makes Oscar wish he'd worn his dress
P Williams vs Forrest: Forrest completely blows Williams out of the water in 5.

Margarito vs Mayorga: Margo Makes Mayorga beg for mercy
Berto vs Shane: Shane wins so easily you'd think you're watching a Heavyweight fighting a flyweight.

Judah vs James Page: Judah by 3rd round KO
Quartey vs Daniel Santos: Quartey bazookas Santos in 9.
