I watch him fight and he does some amazingly "athletic looking" things in the ring but they are all driven by technique, foot placement, the proper setting up of his opponents etc etc. The way he set up Sosa for the right hand that dropped him, the way he set up Tate forthe hook that dropped him, etc etc etc
Thanks for that Ice. I hope our posters here see this. That Sosa knockdown was incredibile & accurate. I also remember seeing him fight Reggie Johnson fight & how he set him up beautifully. I think Johnson threw a lazy jab out there & Jones countered him so fast with a 1-2 that dropped him. My mouth hit the floor on how he was able to counter/place his punches so well.

dude relax he was just asking what happened with his boxing career... whats your problem?? i dont see why ice would be offended by that question so get off your high horse

Get off my high horse? I didn't know I was on one. If you didn't pick up on what dude was doing then you should just stay out of it.

well to me he was asking a question about ice's career.... not really a big deal, unless you felt he was being deliberately obtuse??? if thats the case then i apologise but my take was he was just asking a normal question

Ice Man takes time out of the day to post here & most appreciate that. It's also known that he's "retired" & has been busy training fighters. That posters reply came off as disrespectful & smug if you ask me. If I'm mistaken about that then it's my apologies to him.

I am currently training a few amateurs plus IBO 122 pound champion Mike Oliver and NABF cruiserweight champion Matt Godfrey. I also work in the corner for unbeaten 130 pounder Matt Remillard. I also used to train WBA 154 pound champion Jopse Rivera, former NABF 135 pound champion Israel Cardona and current WBC 175 pound champion Chad Dawson

I was there live (been to 19 of his pro fights) and right before he dropped him I told my friend "he's setting him up for the right hand" and boom, maybe three seconds later there it was.
