margarito was the peoples welterweight champion because all of the titleholders ran in fear from him including that bum baldomir. he knew margarito would knock him out.

Baldi was suppose to fight MArg BEFORE he fought Judah and plled out..fact
Judah was offered to fight Margo and he said " Not YET", then went and fought Baldo and LOST..

WE ALL KNOW..Floyd turned down 2 offers and x amount of money..

so all this' Judah was champ..blah blah blah".is CRAP..he did NOTHING to deserve a shot at Spinks and HE DID NOTHING TO GET A REMATCH...
