I can't deny that I'm not to fond of PBF. The difference is, I don't just blindly hate on him because I have no choice but to recognize his greatness as a fighter.

I also see him and his uncle as two of the most ignorant people I have ever heard talk. All that money doens't wash away the trashy people they are and how they treat others without any reguard.

I never really knew much about Hatton other than he is English and his style of fighting in the ring. Watching 24/7, I see that he is night and day from Mayweather. He seems to be a true family man and cares so much about the people around him and the avg person in his home town.

He said he would never move out of Manchester no matter how much money he makes. I just really like the guy and his attitude, he seems to be a throw back type of a fighter. someone who is humble, hard working but loves to drink and party like an every day person.

I truly believe the reason that Mayweather hasn't reached that superstar status that let's say....DeLaHoya has reached, is because of his arrogance. There's a big difference in being arrogant and just ****y and PBF is definitly arrogant. You can tell in the influence his father has had on him and the wedge that his uncle Roger has become in their relationship.

Ali was playfull in his ****yness and some didn't like it but i think it was more due to the sign of the times than anything else. PBF just doesn't have what Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard and DLH had, that star power and admiration form the general public.

I do think PBF will win because he is the best fighter in the world right now but I will be rooting for Hatton, the every day man's man.

ali was more playful and charismatic but floyd's trash talk has never reached the cruelness and personal level that ali's did to frazier.

but how he stays true to his people and fans he dose not try

i think one thing you guys have to understand is that there has pretty much when it comes to some of the most skilled boxers ever, all of them are arrogant, and most of them are very unlikeable people, Ray Robinson, Whitaker, Ali were all hated during their reigns and in many instances hated for who they were and what they said. there is alot of Ali revisionism, dude could be vicious when he wanted to be.

you guys have to understand that to get to the level that PBF is at, being a nice humble guy isnt enough, when you have dedicated youre whole life to a sport, when youre out there and everyone just seems like they cant matchup to you, if even on the biggest stages out there, you continue to dominate and win even when the stakes are against you, its hard not to be arrogant.

some of the best musicians and artists were like this also, miles davis was a complete prick, but he was a genius at what he did, and he didint bull**** you .

And dont ever say "well if i was in that position" because none of us are, until you truly dedicate yourself to something so much, and give youre life to it, and you are regarded worldwide as the BEST at what you do in youre field, none of us have any idea of what goes into that kind of feeling, and what it can do to youre mind, knowing youre the very best at what you do hands down.

guys like hatton are nice, and the sport needs that, but there will be other nice guys who come in face first, throwing punches in bunches. But truly dominant fighters who make it looks like 99 percent of the fighters they fight dont even belong in the same ring as them come only once in a generation and mayweather as much as an ******* as he is, is that man right now.
