You dont really peak untill the taper , if you have done to much you dont peak at all you go flat .

Yeah you're right, the biggest fight of Floyd's career and he didn't really try...

he played it safe definately, but to be honest, guys like floyd read what people say about him and i have a feeling his own insecurity wont let a performance like that happen again, mayweather has never "ran" against an opponent he was fighting that was equal or lesser in size to him, hatton being that smaller guy, i expect floyd to use his offensive arsenal and make a statement win or lose.

You might just be right on this but in this fight more than any other he has had he needs to play it safe to win. He's got the tools to completely outbox Hatton but it's a big mistake if he is gonna try and mix it with Hatton.

If he does he'll be making the same mistake as Ray Leonard did in the first Duran fight. We might then get a rematch where he totally outclasses him but Hatton will not say NO MAS.

one thing you have to understand about that ray leonard fight is that my father told me that when leonard lost, he gained ALOT of respect from fans and enemies alike.

either way, ricky isnt duran, so i dont exactly have that type of mindset with floyd trading with hatton. Hatton IS NOT an NEVER will be the hands of stone, hes an accumulation puncher, the one punch of castillo has alot of people fooled otherwise.

Maybe I didn't state properly exactly what I meant. I'm not saying he's a power puncher at all what I'm saying is he is relentless and doesn't stop and if PBF is gonna stand and go toe to toe it's a big mistake because Hatton will wear him down, Floyd will not be able to stand infront of him and take that assault all night long.

Hatton is the fastest moving forward and will swarm Mayweather and finally catch him clean. Ruthless, aggressive, INTELLIGENT fighting by Hatton resulting in a 11 round stoppage.
Did you see the Calzaghe-Lacy fight? I hope you did because Mayweather-Hatton will probably play out the same way.
