How does Floyd NOT over train?

is he the only exception to other boxers?...like how does one know when to not reach their peak early...
clearly I'm just purely a fan of the sport...

floyd is always in the gym, he does not put on extra weight when not fighting,
he is always in shape........

Yeah, he is a lot different from most other fighters in that respect. Man I'm still trying to do those situps he does and then stands up.

he keeps things constant overtrainning comes when people have to make weight and they push them self to hard and to fast

He allows himself to rest. Rest is just as if not more than important than training. You allow your body to rest and recover enough when you train than you keep yourself from over training.

Seriously? I can't even do one, though I hadn't done situps in years because I've never had a gut. Damn Floyd's got me doing situps now!
