a washed up mosely is his best win. then probably a destroyed zab judah, and the B fighter at best paul malinagi* paul will never beat a physically gifted fighter who knows how to box because he cant knock anyone out, zero power. im not hating, but honestly, cotto has not accomplished much.

sorry bro i disagree Maligaggi is a very good boxer everyone will see that in the near future, Zab Judah's still an elite fighter, mosely is still very much a threat too everyone in his weightclass

        Using YOUR logic then:

You could say the same think about Maywetaher. A washed up DLH is his best win, he had been inactive for a looooooooong period, at least Cotto beat an active fighter in Mosley. Then probably a destroyed Zab Judah and 2 B fighters at best in Baldomir and Gatti.

wrong! mosley clearly showed he wasnt washed up and still has alot left. he would be a danger to anyone in that weight class and cotto DEFINITELY fough high quality opposition, and it will only get better. dont hate!

yep cotto has avery solid redume what he lacked was a great opponent with a big name(judah is neither), and now hes got it with shane....the downside was of course the age, so now he needs to fight a very good opponent in his prime, and that will be the time when the world will recognise his level...i already do honestly.........thats why he finally ccracke my top 10 at #9...

i agree, i have been expecting cotto to lose for about 4 fights and he keeps winning. pretty much i place him in there with the elites at welterweight, his chin issues were left at 140.

HOWEVER. i do not think mosley was ever that big of a puncher at welterweight, i picked mosley to win by knockout against cotto because i was fooled like the others from the vargas fight and i was wrong, mosley left all his power at 135 in my opinion. if a bigger puncher can constantly land big right hands on cotto, he might be in trouble, however anyone is going to have an issue with his punching power and his strength.

thats an understatement brother - if that was cintron landing those rights, adios cotto.

he needs to move that noggin.
