If Cintron is out what are the chances Williams fights Cotto?

Just think about it, the rumored next big fight for Cotto is De La Hoya. But word is ODLH wants a tune up fight first.. Mayweather V Hatton is Dec.8 and im pretty sure Floyd will win if so or otherwise I dont however think its likely either oen will fight Cotto off the bat. Floyd says it not lucrative enough, and Hattons past illustrates he may move back-down in weight or fight lesser comp. maybe a rematch with Luis Castillo! Anyway Cintron is supposedly hurt and Williams already ran through Tony M., Shane Mosley will ultimatley end-up fighting Zab Judah, Andre Berto could be possible a fiught with Clottey could prove alot..

Also Tony M. needs to prove himself anyway and i wouldnt throw out the notion, that when Cintron gets healthy he wouldnt wanna fight him!

If I were Cotto I wouldn't do it. Would Oscar still fight him if he lost to Paul? Or even Floyd if he lost to Paul, Floyd wouldn't even have to bother making that fight. Cotto needs to play it smart get the big fights first. Don't fight Paul now it's too dangerous and it's a strong, strong chance he could lose.

Man, i dont think this would be a good fight for either fighter. Too risky. I think Pwill/ cintron is a very risky fight for both fighters. I want to see these 3 guys clear out the rest of the division and then fight each other, cuz you know everyone will jump on the "that dude aint ****" bandwagon towards whoever loses. Cotto/ Williams/ Cintron are the future of the division.

I would slightly favor cotto in this fight, only because i think he will be able to get inside and go to that long body of pauls, but really, i dont know. paul could frustrate him and be able to keep him outside. tough fight to call, exciting to watch... maybe late 2008/ early 2009?

I think personally that Cotto should just wait it out for floyd, I think Paul Williams should face Kermit Cintron once Cintron's hand heals and Antonio Margarito should face either Zab Judah, Carlos Quintana, Joel Julio or winner of Cintron-Williams.. regardless I feel Cotto has done enough to put himself in the #1 contender spot to face Floyd, I think with the win over shane and the BETTER win over Zab Judah that he's proven he has what it takes to **** with Floyd, I personally pick him to beat Floyd, I think Floyd should face Cotto then retire, 6 belts in 5 weight classes is good enough I think he should just take on the other biggest threat to him and bow out respectfully.. either way Cotto has no one else other to look at besides Mayweather IMO.. 100
