I don't think Williams is a hype job at all. It's just impossible to prove yourself to be as good as you are, when nobody wants to fight you. And with his height, reach, and work rate, trust me, nobody wants to fight him. Say what you will about Margarito but at least he had the balls to give Williams his shot, now even Cintron doesn't want Paul.

I think Williams would beat Cotto in a close fight 115-113 UD, he wouldn't expose Cotto, but I think he would give him his first loss.
