I have seen a lot of Hispanic's who look white. I have always considered Oscar De La Hoya a white Latino.

This is turing into a funny post but White "w.a.s.p"..are English, German, Irish..they come from Viking tribes from way back in the day..The reason why alot not all Italians are darker is becuase of the Moores..(not sure if im spelling it right) which were black cut through Europe..and ran through Sicilie all the way to Spain. Norther Italians are usually white becuase they have German blood..the German tribes would invade northern Italy after the collapse of the Roman empire..anyways..in todays time everyone is mixed..Latinos can be white or black since they are all mixed..look at Ricky Martin..he looks like a white boy..then look at Roberto Clemente he looks black, both PR's..
