i seen in the early rounds that something was up with kermit. and believe his excuse. but that doent answer why he wasnt using his heighth and leaving his left down against the short feliciano. i blame alot on his corner with mannys lackey advise between rounds.

Why all the hate? He WON the fight. He get's overly emotional but that is just in his personality I guess. He better not use this to duck out of the fight with Williams though, that would mess up the 08 schedule.

I don't think he got overly emotional. He claimed he hurt or broke or did something to his hand as was rolling around on the canvas for a bit after the ref stopped the fight. When he went back to his corner he was grimacing in pain when they were examining his hand.

Right after they stopped the fight, he dropped to his knees then laid back like Coto did in that one fight. It was a gesture of wining a tough fight like Hopkins laying on his back when he KO'd Trinidad. After a couple of seconds on his back, his facial expression changed from pure relief to extreme pain. Then he started rolling around on the floor with that painful look like De la hoya did when he was KO'd by Hopkins. That's about the best i can describe it.
