Lets make the fight that shouldve been made a long time ago. Margarito wanted it but Mayorga had much bigger fights on the horizon. The fact is that Mayorga wants to come back down to 147 but has no one to fight. Margarito is looking for a big fight but blew his chance with Cotto and Williams. Both guys are looking for that next big fight to put them back near the top again and its a perfect matchup. They should make this fight happened and end it for once. I know it would be a straight up war that every boxing fan would watch

I think that margarito could knock Mayorga out. Margarito throws straighter punches than mayorga. Mayor throws wider looping punches and would stand inside with Margarito. I think Marg could knock him out.

Mayorga by UD. Something about the ferocity he exhibits leads me to believe he can take out Margarito, that and he seems to have a pretty solid chin. That fight would be intense.
