I Guess HBO Fired Ray Torres

He was the interpreter last night for that ppv telecast, im guessing hbo got tired of his mis interpreting.

he was pretty funny though

Although Showtime carried it, ESPN is going to televise it. Torres is not exclusive to HBO.

I always thought Ray Torres was a ****. I took just basic Spanish 101 and retained a bit of information from it, though I'm nowhere near fluent. But there'd be times I'd understand the corner slightly better than Ray at certain points in a fight. And then Ray woud come out with something all weird and I'd be like "Damn, my Spanish must be horrible."

He's awful I can do a much better job than him.

Only thing I like about him is he even translates the "foul" language!!! Me and my friends LMAO everytime he does that.

it was hilarious in barrera/morales 3, torres' translation of Barrera's trainer was just classic, the tone and urgency in his voice: "you're the master! you're making a mess!".

if its the same dude i think it is, the dude with the white hair and is puerto rican, then yeah, that did misinterpreted so much, it wasnt even funny. my gf hates that dude.
