Quite honestly this was a typical Vargas fight. The man fights in spurts and waits on his opponent. It cost him the fight against Trinidad, De La Hoya, and Mayorga.
Only difference was this time he was fatter than ever.
It was still entertaining though but no conclusions can really come from this fight other than what one already knew.
