He didnt look bad, its just Feliciano is a fiesty fighter and a tough guy. Cintron could have had him out of there in the first three rounds Im convinced but held back, and Feliciano proved to be in great shape so made the fight a little tougher. 90% of the welter weights would have been out cold from some of those shots Cintron was landing, its just Feliciano trained properly and nothing was going to put him down tonight. Cintron knocks Williams out, no doubt in my mind.
Kermit Cintron is not ready for big name yet

If his hand was broken, then that makes more sense. But I got him over Williams, I mean Margarito almost tipped Williams over late in the fight. Somthin tells me Cintron/Williams would look like Cintron/Reid, except Williams doesnt have Reids power. So Cintron should be able to walk through Williams with ease, just a matter of gettin his fists past those freak ass, lanky ass, inspector gadget arms lol
Williams dominated Margarito in the 12th round, after taking a good beating in the 11th, and with the belt on the line. Don't act like the dude didn't finish strong. He showed his heart in that round, something Cintron has never shown. Beating a **** boxer with a hurt hand is not heart, that's just not being a total gutless *****. Cintron is not hard to hurt. He's in for a shock if he thinks he can "walk through" Paul Williams all night. It's not going to happen.

This is a lot of bull**** excuses to spare Cintron from deserved criticism. He was supposed to dominate a C-class fighter tonight, and he failed. The big, bad, scary, power puncher almost went the distance against a guy he should have finished in 5 rounds tops. Stop hiding behind this guy's power. He has a punch, big ****ing deal. Cintron is a very limited fighter, and you're gonna see it when he faces Paul Williams. Paul will expose him for what he really is.Comment

All I know is Cintron needs to stay clear of Margarito and Williams if he wants to keep his belt.Comment

George Foreman didn;t have much skill. He won the heavyweight championship twice. Ricardo had even less he unified the titles at 147 and beat Forrest twice convincingly. Pacman didn't have much skill at first well some people still claim that he doesn't but look where power got him though.
Kelly Pavlik is a sound boxer in my opinion but nothing special except for guts, power and chin. Rocky Marciano didn't have much skill but a ton of power.
I think people are looking at Darchiyan past his best weight, Mayorga past his prime and best weight, and Hamed and say look what power did for these guys. First of all, some of the most polished boxers have lost after being champions so that has nothing to do with it. There is no exposure. Fighters without skill and power are exactly what they are.Comment

I like Kermit Cintron but last not I was very unimpressed. Feliciano made him look like a *****, plain and simple. He took everyone of Kermits best shots and continued to stay inside with him and trade, then he did the wind up and ****ing caught Cintron with it, THEN he walked him back to his corner! And all the while Cintron continued to stay inside and trade instead of box him which he could have won him this fight convincingly. Cintron was lucky the ref jumped in and stopped that fight. Personally, I think the ref should have let it go a little bit longer for Kermit to at least knock him down. Who knows, maybe if that happened and Feliciano got up he would have beat Kermit with that injured right hand which, by the way, he sure as **** did NOT break in the first round. He would have been crying about it in between rounds if that were true. Feliciano, even as the loser, was the clear winner in last nights fight. Cintron better get back to the drawing board with a new strategy to win because that IMO was a bull**** KO and that formula has been exposed. He better learn to box quick because after last night, no doubt in my mind Paul Williams chews him up.Comment
