The only thing that is certain in that field is that you can't compete with Long distance runners from east africa because they have the perfect merge of environmental (high altitude) and evolution on their side (birth place of man). A study was carried out stating that when a group of swedish male athletes went over to run in the high altitude their muscles used more than twice as much oxygen as their east african equivalent. Basically long distance running is the only sport when genetic comes into it, all europeans and americans white and black are at a massive disadvantage. When you think about it Paula Radcliffe is one the most phenomenal athletes ever!!

Not entirely true. Yes. east Africans have the advantage in distance running.

But people of WEST African descent have the advantage in sprinting and jumping. They are naturally better athletes.

Central Americans (inc Mexicans) have high bodyfat.

note: this is a general statement that covers "overwelming majority".. not "all". Don't embarrass yourself by listing a couple of exceptions.
