I meant losing by KO. as he was badly hurt in the 12th round. The fight was close, that round.. if extended, may have ended his unbeaten streak.

Irrelevent, yes. Of course, I already said that.

Unless, you want to argue that the round wasn't that bad. Which would be a funny thing to do.

Of course it was a bad round for Hatton. Good thing there are 12 of them, eh?

Considering the way people talk about this round as though it was a textbook beatdown I would love some people to be directed to the last minute of it.

That's what I said... the right fighter got the decision in my two examples. Tarver crushed Jones in 5 rounds. Jones clearly won 7 rounds, but it wasn't by a huge margin. Jones gets the decision.

Taylor won the first 8 rounds (more or less) against Hopkins in their first fight by outworking him, didn't land anything significant. Hopkins ****ed Taylor up in the last four.

The way scoring goes gave the decision to the right fighter.

The overall momentum of the fight goes with the loser.

I think half point scoring definately would have given Tarver the win, and the Taylor/Hopkins fight might have been a draw, most likely went to Hopkins.

SO... if Ricky won more rounds, he rightfully got the decision, but that doesn't presuppose a chance that he got his ******* handed to him in some of the rounds.

No it would have been a good thing cause it would have probably been ruled a draw.
I don't think Collazo won but I don't think Hatton won either.
Like I said " Hatton almost lost that fight"

Would you like to point out where I have said a word about Hatton/Collazo on this thread?

Right. So Hatton, the British fighter, was at an advatnage fighting in Boston, USA against Collazo the American. I get it now.
