    guzman v arthur would be great, i wouldnt like to see arthur pcik up the belt this way though...

      can't see Guzman taking the fight tho, I expect him to move up in weight. Would be a great fight tho, im a big fan of Alex.

        Why wouldn't he take the fight. Juan Diaz appears heading for a fight w/ Katsidis (Guzman's real mandatory, ignoring this Interim title bull****). Manny Pac is ready to finalize his own plans, be it against Marquez or David Diaz. Unless Guzman is GUARANTEED a shot at the other, there isn;t much else going on - might as well take the fight w/ Arthur, which I agree with you, is a damn good matchup.

        Also question Frank's confidence in winning the purse bid. If Golden Boy cares anything about Guzman, they'll do what they can to keep this fight abroad. Even if they're not completely willing to promote, it'd be in their best interest to create the perception that they want to earn the right to promote this fight. This way, force Warren to bid against himself and guarantee Guzman a career-high payday.

          golden boy should get involved and keep the fight in the US to keep it fair
