I had Leonard winning the fight as well. 6 round to 4, 2 even. Ray moved real well and when he got trapped on the ropes he flurried out. He even made Hagler look silly at times. Hagler is one of the greatest middleweights of all time but that night he looked slower than I have ever seem him and he made the mistake of coming out the first 2 rounds orthodox, probably cost him the fight on the judges' cards and mine as well. Great performance by Leonard that night.

For those that think hagler won...Hmmmm help me understand..Did he win any of the 1st 4 rounds in your books..hagler 5th...6th very close...I was giving to hagler for the first 45 sec...the remaining 2 minutes was leoanrd..I give to Ray....Round 7 good round for Hagler....8th round Hagler's...won the 1st 1:30 of the round..more so than Ray won the last half of the round...9th round hagler,10th round leonard..11th round easy round for Ray....12th doesnt matter.....Ray 7 rounds...Hagler 5...Could be 8 for 4. as round 5 should be Ray's round....but I will give it to hagler.

I asked Big Roy about the tape and I told him that MANY people would be very interested to see it but he didnt seem to care that much. Honestly, I bet if I asked him to show me the tape he would have a hard time locating it in the house. A big boxing fan would know exactly where it was...but Big Roy, that's his son, he's seen him box hundreds of times, so its not that big of a deal to him, u know? Too bad for usComment

What did you hear...from either camps..I have heard Roy dropped ray several times and Ray lost his composure and started giving it to roy..I also heard Ray was drinking beer before the sparring.Comment
