just a guy making a lot of good points about how people tell mayweather who to fight, he fights them, and then gets no credit.

I will respect Floyd if he fights Cotto after Hatton. If he wants to prove he is the G.O.A.T (that's what he thinks, not me) he needs to fight the best challengers out there. If he doesn't people will ALWAYS say "He ducked Cotto. Cotto would have beat him etc.) Where as if he fights and beats him he leaves no question marks hanging over his record.

If he fights Cotto, Mosley and say Margarito in his next 3 fights and beats them all there will be nothing anybody can say against him being by far the best of our era and possibly one of the greatest of all time.

I honestly believe that Floyd at the best he's ever been would never beat the Roy Jones Jr of the mid 90's in a mythical P4P fight. Or Shane Mosley/ Roberton Duran as a lightweight etc. I for one will never consider him the greatest of all time but if he beats all the best competition out there before he retires he will be in my top 10.

yeah i agree he needs to fight cotto and i think he will fight him sometime late next year if it is his most lucrative fight. but if he beats hatton and is exiting while doing it, not just picking him apart little by little, i dont see him fighting anyone for then than 10 mil anyway. He is becoming a household name, i just hope it isnt, yeah i know PBF he is the guy that makes every fight boring by landing 15 punches a round and never getting hit. i am predicting a late stoppage in the hatton fight, his face is gonna get jacked up.
