Can anyone recall a while back?

There was a thread about some South American who was undefeated (like 44-0 or something like that), and I can't remember who the hell he was. It was significant, because the dude never stepped up his competition at all. I've tried all the search terms I could think of, but I haven't had any luck.

I don't know... I was just thinking about him the other day, and I wanted to look back at his career to see if he ever tried to step it up, like at all, or whether he ended his career fighting guys that were like 6-3.
