Darchinyan had some flash and style to go with his sloppyness. Mayorga had some decent technique that people always ignore. He is/was a good counter puncher and has a great over hand right. He outboxed Picirillio when he needed too, and has shown a good defence against Picirillio and Spinks. So I say Mayorga's technique is underrated/underused :P

    Maussa is just ****.

Good one, I completely forgot about him.

I had to go with Maussa myself, because let's be real, he is ****ing horrible.

Francois Botha, hands down, he won the IBF heavyweight title back in 1995.
