For example Oscar picked his oppenets, Hagler was fighting 2 or even one fight per year after he got the belts.

otto is the biggest challenge in the welter weight division and that is why he doesant bring anything. if he was a more "easy" fighter and brang money then i bet floyld would fight him. as arguably the toguhest welter in the world, then is it too risky for a ***** like floyld to fight him? i think yes.
