Tyson. Not many heavyweights were faster than Tyson. But Holmes was a better fighter.

Tyson. He was so fast for his size!
When he first became a world champion apparently "At age 20, Tyson was around 220 lb (100 kg) with approximately 5.5% body fat".
Thats unbelievable.
