    Where is Josh Clottey?

He's been on hiatus since the Chico fight, it seems. Possibly hand issues? I know he fought that bum recently. He's past due for another big fight. Personally, I'd love to see him against the loser of Williams/Cintron. This guy has crazy skills - he's kinda like a less jab-oriented Winky Wright. Very explosive. I heard something about him fighting Collazo, but Collazo passed. That would be a good fight as well.

He's going to fight Shamone Alvarez on Dec. 20th for the mandatory spot against Cintron. It was on the main page a few days ago. And he fought a guy named Felix Flores in August.

His trying to get into a mandatory position..Nobody seem to want to risk fighting a guy that doesnt bring anything to the table when there are best option out there...I like the way he fights though.

Arum was considering matching him up against Cotto in March if none of the other champions become available.

I heard about it too. If DLH, Margarito and Floyd are not available, Cotto-Clottey is very posible.

That would be a good fight, but I think Cotto is a smarter fighter and will out smart Clottey.

I really want to see Clottey in against one of the top dogs. He gives almost everyone trouble with his style.

collazo stated something about there being no money in that fight, they offered him 25,000.
i think instead he's fighting on the undercard of the trinidad fight, for the WBA #1 ranking.

I think Cotto is a PPV mainstay from here on out, no way he fights Clottey, for what, to prove something to people on boxing message boards? Cotto, I believe, will be in big fights the rest of his career.
