He was hurt pretty bad by Vernon Forrest. If Forrest had stepped up the pace, who knows what would have happened.

I had discussed this theory with "so called experts" and some agreed with me. Watch the fight and consider the fact that they both had time to prepare for it under the same guidance. They knew each other for a long time. None of them really puts up a show in order to really win the fight. They don't hurt each other. Their gloves were somewhat tied up. Their punches were not left out. It was more like "let's do this, make great money, and if necessary, will do it again. If the WWE and McMahon can do it, so MayWeather Sr. and his best 2pupils. Or do you really believe everything that goes on at WWE???

Look budd fans are to impatient. If it happens at the end of the year every title may be on the line. Cotto would have beaten Clottey and Marg and PBF would have just beaten Cintron/Williams and you telling you wouldn't wait for a fight like that to happen around this time next year for all the marbles?

Man you are so right. If they will unify the WWD, then the wait will be worth it. Plus, the longer the wait, if they remain undefeated, the more money could be generated. MayWeather will love to wait until the end of the year, no doubt.
