                No, I mean he does not put his shots together in easy fashion. He always looks like he's really cranking them a bit too much.
                ....& now, he lacks confidence (for whatever reason) in his ability to make a defensive move after he fires off one of his combos, & that is why he clinches repeatedly.

                  So what you are saying is his punches are not pleasing on the eye? I don't see what this has to do with speed?

                    He forces his punches. It's easier to break up the punches of a guy who fires shots like he does.
