Hatton has always been a regular dude, sure HBO are selling it that way, it's the only way. Look Hatton has always seemed like one of those fellows that you could have a beer, with even before he became a massive hit. I don't think Hatton is acting in 24/7, not like DLH's award winning performance in the last 24/7.

no i think it is the other way round. they have mayweather acting like he is a badass gangsta when we all know he ain't

I think they are actually trying to give a well balanced insight into each fighter.
I dont think Hatton has a nasty side so what are the makers supposed to do?
At first i thought they made Floyd out to be a shallow ego maniac but then showed him with his kids and talkin about his father.

They could have easily made it into a good versus bad thing, but havent. The vast contrast in their styles and lifestyles are just the perfect set up for this fight.

If anything there trying to make floyd seem nicer than he is by trying to make everyone sympathise with him bout his life and showing him with his kids, still doesn't change the fact he's a ****.
