    Mayorga vs. Forrest III

As much as it pains me to put Mayorga's name first, I think I have to, considering he is 2-0 against Vernon.

Anyways, who would you all pick? This fight would obviously take place at 154.

Forrest, easy UD. A healthy, re-motivated Forrest is out of Mayorga's league. Viper would sting that mother****er with superior boxing. He also was robbed in the second fight.

I thought you didn't use the term "rob" *******ly... that definately was not a robbery. It was a close fight, but my god, Mayorga hit him way too much for it to be a robbery. Close fight, I even went with Mayorga, but I could see it for Forrest too. Definately no foul play on this decision though.

Baldomir tried to smother him... he still has legs enough to get out of there. If he has a jab to keep the dude from rushing straight in... if his jab can make him pause for just a split second, he will be more than fine against Mayorga.

Mayorga >>> Baldomir at pressuring. Come to think of it, that would be a good fight, mayorga/baldomir.

I was being dramatic with the robbery talk, but I did think Forrest won. Mayorga is too sloppy looking. Unless he clearly gets the better, a fighter like Forrest wins the round.

You know what's sad? Baldomir actually might win that fight by outboxing Mayorga.

Baldomir does come straight forward though... always, and I can't imagine that Mayorga is actually a whole lot quicker. I don't know if he is better at smothering...

I haven't seen him try to smother a lot... in reality, he just seems to sit back at boxing distance and then throw some ridiculous amatuer-like punches in flurries.

Forrest is healthy and has confidence on his side. I honestly think he will punish Mayorga for about 8 or 9 rounds and then put him away. Mayorga isnt what he used to be. Oh and Forrest WAS robbed in the 2nd fight. He beat Mayorga clearly.

Once again... any fight that Lederman scores for the offical winner is NOT a robbery.

No matter how big of a moron Lederman is, he isn't paid off, so an objective judge scored it for Mayorga in the second fight... meaning it's not a robbery.

How did you score the fight? I dont remember my exact scorecard but I had Forrest winning by several rounds. Lederman is wrong about half the time in competitive fights. Mayorga was an all action fighter who smoked in the ring and trash talked. HBO loved him.
