Petersons are very good; hope they get some big fights soon.

Zab however ought to avoid selling out on an Oscar fight. Oscar will do irreparable damage to Judah

Judah take the fight for the money. But if Judah is really trying to get his name back up and fight meaningful fights he shouldn't fight De la Hoya because he will lose and fall lower in ranks than he has ever been. Judah lacks the mental fortitude to fight De la Hoya and possibly the ability to beat De la Hoya.

Interesting. I understand what you are saying, but I do not believe he lacks the physical ability to beat Goldie. I think the physical would not be the issue. Maybe the mental game, but not the physical, IMO.

That is exactly why I said "possibly lack the ability" because we know both get tired. But it seems Judah usually get tired before De la Hoya does. I think De la Hoya throws a more wide array of punches than Judah does and De la Hoya has more variety in the combos he throws. Judah is faster and moves better though.

Humberto Toledo? At Jr. Welter? Didn't he fight Soto at Jr. light? Why did he skip so many weight classes?

The Petersons are too protected for my liking. They are good enough to step up now. I hope we dont have to see them fight on ESPN for another year.

Why do you think they are too protected? I have seen them call out many names.

De La Hoya is too big for Zab. Zab has trouble beating guys who come forward, and Oscar can fight that way. And Zab's weak chin couldn't withstand Oscar's power.

The only reason to take this fight is money. For his career Zab needs to find smaller guys.
