After seeing the fight for the first time. I see it was a draw. But I am not mad a the decision for Cotto.

I was more impressed with Cotto the second time. He won by a very wide margin. When I watched it live I was rooting for Mosley, and I overestimated his effectiveness in my enthusiasm. But Cotto landed the cleaner, harder shots from beginning to end, was better defensively and did what he needed to take most rounds.

It would be like two future all time greats fighting to unify the division. Sorry let me pick my drool off the floor.
too bad williams will spoil that pipe dream. sorry but my opinionated ass thinks williams is the true great in this division and we dont know it yet.

          Good post.

          I'm with you.

Mosley and Cotto both had serious skills. And I felt it was a better bout overall the Kess - Zag.

I was impressed with Cotto switching phases of attack. ANd i was impressed with Mosley's savvyness and holding. He was clearly the more experienced fighter.

I feel Hatton/Cotto would be a hell of a fight. Cotto is much more open then most like to believe. But he is just as dirty as Hatton. And he is a good in-close fighter. I like how he sometimes fights inside southpaw.

Hahahaha! You mean he lost 8. Even when Cotto was coasting in the end, he was picking Mosley off. Mosley got UD'd
