This Fight WAS a Draw... Then the Bell Rang to start the 1st round...
After That is was Cotto's Fight...
MY favorite is.. round 12... Both guys threw and landed virtualy the same amount of punches..
yet somehow this was a clear Round for Mosley????? If you ask me.. Both Guys stunk the joint out in the 12th round..
The only Difference was Cotto took the round off.. and Mosley couldn't do any more...
Mosley admits he lost.. what else do people want???

mosley is just a friendly ass person ...he aint going to dispute this ... it makes him look better in the long run... in my opinion ... shane either won or it was a draw ... but politically it makes more sense to give cotto the win ..because cotto is going to generate more money for the sport of boxing .... plus i know delahoya wants to fight him in may .... cotto was going to win unless he got knocked out anyway ... they had 3 bull**** judges there ...one of them was hispanic and he had mosley way behind in the fight ..(he is also the one that only judged one title fight in his life and it happen to be cotto vs paulie) ....this **** was fixed in order for them to keep milking cotto ...

The fight was clearly a draw.
Without the crowd there is no debate.
Cotto is a good actor. He would score an indiviudal jab or grazing combo and back off with his head up, bouncing on his feet like he just did something incredible. He really sold every little move. In certain rounds Mosley would be all over him coming forward and Cotto would land a single clean shot and the audience would act like he just got a knockdown. They went crazy when Shane clearly slipped and fell on the wetspot with Cotto about 4 feet away running away from him. It was hilarious.
Regardless, this was a CLOSE fight and anyone trying to say otherwise is just hyping it, hyping it, hyping it. Everyone agrees there were rounds that could have, or should have gone either way.
HELLO?!? HaHa.. There's nothing definitive about that!!
If Shane wants a rematch he needs to start campaigning for one.

After watching it again last night and scoring the rounds I had it 115-113 Cotto and I was going for Mosley and it was Mosleys fight to win or lose....If he would have kept pumping and landing his right the last 3 roundsa like he had the previous 3 before that he would have won it and rather easily.....He just wouldn't pull the trigger as often as needed.....Zab did the same thing late with his Left...he was landing at will but stopped throwing it and got KOed for it....Mosley has a great beard he wasn't going anywhere.....He gave the fight away if you ask me.

I dont know man.. I ahve seen the fight 5 times.. now.. I have turned off the sound.. I have replayed.. rewatched close rounds... In short I have been as openminded as I can..being a Fan of neither fighter.. with NO money on the line... I think I have been openminded...
To me is it was not even close... It was 8-4 Cotto... and in being completly fair.. I had 2 tied rounds.. making it a 116-113 fight.....
AND the only Controversy I see is on the forums.. Not the press.. Not Camp Mosley... Only Mosley's fans or Cotto's haters....
Something has happened to Humanity in general.. where they can NO LONGER admit they were wrong...
That's all I see going on here

Whatever the reason - be it fatigue, bad judgment or corruption on Mosley's part - Cotto did win the fight.

Larry Merchant is in "the press" FYI..
That's proof right there, my friend. Objectivity? I don't think so.
I scored this fight a draw with OBJECTIVITY.
