    You're right.

He hides his chin behind his shoulder, it's pretty effective when done right. Mayweather could have a less than stellar chin. The fact is, we havent had to find out, so I'm not banking on it. Everyone who has thus far was wrong.

why do you think Gatti made so much money with 7 losses, man? Why do you think Paz was a star? And Mancini? And Chacon?

Why were these guys making so much money, yet B class fighters like sharmba mitchell, derrick gainer (just an example) etc, who are good but lack the exciting fights make damn peanuts. Peanuts, man. It's because they are exciting and they are characters.
I agree with you... and I think Floyd should be punished for it. But he should be punished for it monetarily... people keep buying his fights, even when they have the power not to. It is not Floyd that controls the purse he makes, it is the fans, so I have no idea why they keep buying, because it is true, that he is boring as **** to the regular fan (well, at least in his last 2 fights, for sure).

I think it is lame as hell though when people seriously cite excitement as the reason that he is below Pacquiao in the P4P rankings. He doesn't win impressively enough? I am almost positive that Pacquiao took more damage from Morales in their third fight than Floyd did against Baldomir. A KO is impressive, but being hit is impressive too (in the eyes of the rankings).

i wouldnt say its the hands. Gatti fought with f'd up hands all the time just like ya mentioned as Joe did.

Let's get real he has never really been the top draw though.

          Let's take a look at his PPV's:
          Gatti: Gatti was the draw.
Judah: Both were the draw. Both were stars in the hip hop community.
Baldomir: Ok...I admit he was the draw.
          DLH: DLH

and now hatton is quite a draw now. He (floyd) is really extremely lucky to be a star.

I think Floyd is driving this PPV more than Hatton to be honest... I agree that Gatti and Oscar were the draws.

I honestly do think that some people buy PPVs of Floyd in hopes that he loses, which is a pretty sweet setup that Floyd has going.

People give him money, because they hate him so much.

DIOS was right about that being the biggest PPV income that each of those fighters made. Floyd clearly does have some drawing power, and most likely it is because he is considered the best in the world, and people just do have a natural tendency to want to watch the best.

Watching college football on Saturdays, I usually turn it on the game playing the #1 ranked team, for no reason other than they are ranked #1. I ****ing hate LSU, but I still watch them.

How he can fight the way he does and call himself 'exciting' is beyond me. If it wasn't for the undefeated record (american's love undefeated records) he wouldn't be making any money. He owes alot of his career to the judges when he fought Castillo the 1st time.

We saw Mosley **** and box. He wasn't fighting in spurts like Mayweather. Mayweather is always purely on the defensive. Not always on his bike but always defensive. A true counterpuncher.

No way he would ever stand and trade with a fighter like Mosley. He's hiding a chin. It must be a monster handicap.
but the problem is YOU CANT HIT him.

we will probably never see Floyd in a great all-time fight. he has said "if thats what it takes to win FOTY. then i will never be in a FOTY." referring to the Corrales-Castillo I fight.

Maybe he is ummmmmmmmmmmmmm I don't know boxing because he is BETTER at doing that then others? Roy wasn't hiding anything Az. His reflexes were slow and he got caught by a damn good punch. If he was hiding it he wouldn't have been fighting the way he always fights. I hope ideas like this don't dawn into your head all the time
