Yeah I agree. I bet over 50% of "Hattons fans" don't even know what weight he fights at. Or couldn't tell you what weight welterweights or light welters are.

They all just jump on the band wagon whenever a big fight comes along. Exactly the same way that 90% of the country bacame massive rugby union fans when the world cup was on 6 weeks ago.

Yeah. Id LOVE Ricky to win but there's no way i could turn down 3/1.

I'm alright. not been up to much really. Just working most of the time. I hate the winter. The cold pisses me off and it makes getting up at 6am to go running about 50 times harder haha

                  PBF
                  Cotto
                  Mosley
                  Margarito
                  Williams

All of these guys would beat Hatton. Lucky for me these 5 arn't on the news in England all the time. This way i can take money off my friends haha
sorry mate i dont want to cause a slagging match. but i think what you are saying is incorrect. firstly no one was saying hatton was the best in the world, everyone was mislead by their hearts in hoping that he could do it, me and many others on here included. but cotto, moseley, williams and margarito are not on PBF'S level. i think hatton would be the favorite versing any of those 4 other than cotto and williams. he would defeat an ageing mosely and an overated margarito easily. i havent seen williams but iv heard good things so i wouldnt like to say, but i think your analysis is a bit extreme, especially in that you only mention welterweights and these are also above ricky's comfortable fighting weight. i mean you talk a big game but what qualifies you to be such a crtique of hatton. hatton has only lost once in his career and is a monster at light welterweight, a mean calling him overated is utter crap. you need to look at margaritosand william's last 4 or 5 opponents compared to rickys to see who is really overrated

No way would Hatton beat Mosley.

And secondly. The fact that you know who these boxers are shows you're a boxing fan where as I was talking about the general public who only see Hatton on the news or only follow boxing when a big fight is on.
