Yeah Ward looked crisp and quick, maybe just a bit light on power, huge mismatch against Cantrel. I wish Cantrel put as much energy into fighting as he did into crying about the stoppage.
That Abell dude got 17 wins, all by KO, but after 5 rounds, he barely throw punches. How in the hell he gets so many KOs???
Must have been some serious TOMATOE cans. Fighting southpaw, decent jab but he kept throwing it too short, and ZERO power in his left, just a bit in his right.
