Is this some kind of sick joke, Cotto has only beat one elite fighter in his whole career in Mosley. Zab Judah is his 2nd best win, Judah is a gatekeeper now, he isn't even considered an elite fighter anymore. You really don't know **** about boxing do you.

Cotto has to beat someone like Paul Williams, which he wouldn't, or Margarito before he deserves to be ranked in the top 3.

If Floyd did lose, which he won't, Pacquiao would be number one with Calzaghe in second and Floyd in third.
